Shruti worked for more than 13 years in the corporate as a successful IT professional.

She saw that the sedentary lifestyle of an IT job was causing a lot of health, emotional, and low self-image issues in people.

She noticed that people who started on their fitness journey were not able to continue on it or did not get satisfactory results. And she saw the same with her life as well.

She also realized that it not just impacts the health but also the overall confidence of a person and sets chaos in mind. If they cannot take care of their own self, how would they take care of the duties around them? Unknowingly, it would impact their personal and professional life.

Shruti decided to find out a solution for busy people who were unable to achieve their fitness goals and help them to end this never-ending battle with self.

Through years of research found that it is the mind that must be toned before the body can be. We need to strengthen our mind muscles to achieve our goals. As a result, this masterclass about “3 Secrets to building Incredible Mindset for your Dream Fitness” was born. Shruti and her team are on a mission to help people change their mindset that helps them to look, feel and shine as their Charismatic Best. She has over 7 years of work experience as a Clinical Nutritionist at multi-specialty hospitals and Corporate Clinical Nutritionist at MNCs.

How do I know if this program will work for me ?

Thousands have benefited from the program over last 3 years. Nutrition plans are designed considering inclusion of all macronutrients and micronutrients. We’ve had people with various backgrounds – working professionals, homemakers, people with very hectic schedule, people with medical conditions like PCOD, Thyroid, and those struggling with post-pregnancy weight.

This is just for 5-days, what after 5-days ?

There will be a comprehensive LIVE masterclass on Day-4 where we will cover what all we did, how did it help us achieve results and most importantly, the guidelines that one needs to follow after the program is over. The program may be for 5-days but it has been designed to provide “Learnings for Life” so that the journey to a fitter self continues.

What if I don’t like some ingredients in the meal plans ?

The meal plans are based on simple home-cooked foods with yummy recipes and ideas. There are no fancy ingredients or supplements in the meal plans. If you don’t like a particular ingredient/vegetable/fruit, there will be alternatives to choose from.

Is the program suitable for pure vegetarians and vegans ?

The meal plans have multiple options that suit people with all kinds of preferences, vegetarians, non-vegetarians, vegans etc.

I do fasting on certain day of the week, will the program be suitable for me ?

We will provide fasting guidelines to help with that.

I am travelling during one of the days of the program, will it work for me ?

Yes, we will help you make it happen. Please go ahead and register for the program. Once you do, reach out to the coaches and let them know, they will help you out.

Is the program conducted through LIVE online sessions ?

The program will be conducted over the whatsapp group where all meal plans, recipes, tips etc will be shared.

Apart from this, there will be 2 LIVE sessions during the program which will be conducted over Zoom - both session will be scheduled at 6pm.

One will be the orientation session wherein we will set the context for the next 7 days and take all your queries. Second session is crucial and will cover what you need to do after 7 days are over.
